About Us

My name is Jose Espejo, founder of Vaquero Landworks LLC, a veteran-owned land clearing and land development services company serving Central and South Georgia. I spent eight years in the U.S. Army, with deployments in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, and built a career in business consulting before moving into land services full-time.

I started Vaquero Landworks after seeing how hard it was for rural property owners, including myself, to find dependable, professional land clearing support. Today we provide grading, brush removal, forestry mulching, and site prep for homeowners, farmers, real estate investors, and local builders throughout the region.

I’m committed to helping our community grow responsibly and supporting families, landowners, and businesses who are investing in this area’s future, which is why our company motto is: ‘Clearing the Way for What’s Next.’
