It is important to understand that conflict is a part of life, in all aspects of life - with family members, friends, neighbors, co-workers, supervisors, etc.  Conflict is often viewed as a negative thing, a fight or an argument, but that is not always the case.  While the very definition of conflict implies a discrepancy between opposing perspectives, it does not always have to lead to a serious struggle.  If conflict didn't exist, there would be no change.

In this session, here's what we'll cover:

• Definition of conflict
• Recognize positive & negative conflict
• Asses and examine our personal conflict management styles
• Identify ways to manage conflict
• Recognize our individual responsibility for managing  conflict
